REWA NEWS: After Sagar, now the next and the fifth regional industry conclave of the state will be held in Rewa of Vindhya region on October 23. Its preparations have begun. Here, there are high possibilities of medicinal plants, cement, agriculture and mineral based industries. A land bank of five thousand hectares is being created to provide land to the industries.

On one hand, while the department is preparing for the conclave, Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla is also making preparations at the local level for the conclave to be held in his home region. Recently, he held a meeting in Rewa regarding its preparations. Shukla says that Vindhya has plenty of natural resources. Infrastructure has also developed rapidly. There are strong possibilities of industrial development in Vindhya. The conclave will accelerate the development of this region. Sufficient land, availability of water and sufficient number of workers are available for setting up industries in all the districts of Rewa and Shahdol divisions. Thousands of medicinal plants are available in the forests. They are being collected through forest produce collection committees. With the completion of the construction of Bansagar dam and the availability of irrigation facilities through canals across the division, agriculture has developed rapidly. There is immense potential for agriculture-based industries. There is also a lot of potential for cultivation of medicinal plants and horticultural crops.
CM will go to Hyderabad to invite investment
In order to invite investment in the state, the government will now go to Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana. Invest MP road show and interactive session will be organized here. CM Dr. Mohan Yadav will hold one-to-one discussions with industrialists of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and invite them to invest in MP and participate in the Global Investors Summit to be held in Bhopal in February. Hyderabad city is a stronghold of information technology, so the focus will be on IT. Natural pearl industry, pharmaceutical, electronics and biotechnology industries are also present in large numbers here.
Five new industrial areas
According to divisional commissioner BS Jamod, preparations are underway for the conclave. About one thousand hectares of land has been secured for the construction of industrial development centers in all the districts. A land bank of five thousand hectares is being created for industrial development. Five new industrial centers are being developed in the division.
